I started as a Pizza Chef at 13 years old by stealing my big brothers ID to work. Loving the Food Industry at a young age I went on to College and finished up at Florida International University. I had my own Gourmet Pork Store for 10 years while also working in Very High End Restaurants with high volume service. By purchasing a Food Truck, I was able to get more involved with the community directly by providing my services on a personal basis. I've been doing it for 10 years and loving it everyday. If you love what you do, You're Living the Dream just like it says on my Food Truck. |
